Greetings forum, I need your help, I requested the return of 2 laptops on Amazon applying DNA, they asked me for a police report, but I am not from the USA, the shipment went directly to a locker, I looked for a page of the Miami police department and I falsified a report, but from that page it does not give me the option to show that the report is complete, I can only take a screenshot of the page or export it as a pdf, I did it and sent it and they told me that they do not accept police reports by images . Could you help me I'm new to this thank you very much

If you falisfy a police report they can very easy crosscheck it and your SE will fail.
I do not recommend faking them.
