JBL Speaker SE - s1nist3r_ - 12-28-2022
I'm looking to SE a JBL speaker. I've found one in Facebook marketplace and was wondering, could the serial number work? Let's say I contact support and tell them that the speaker doesn't charge anymore, act mad and give them the serial number. Would that work?

Acting mad will more often than not give you less positive results.
If you want a peson to help you, be likable and they will be more prone to being helpful.
Only if that doesn't work getting angry can sometimes help.

No, I was thinking of going on the official JBL site and contacting them through there.

Anything else I could do to improve my chances? Also. I found a Walmart receipt template, would it be better to use it instead of serial number, since I'm having problems finding a speaker that is still in warranty?

Requests such as a POP, the Item be returned, a POD, an Image demonstrating the damage and also troubleshooting the Issue are Inevitable. It's a step-by-step procedure that's based on any or most of the above events. The best you can do on your end, Is to tackle each one effectively as It comes to hand.
