silly question - kapipropl - 12-26-2022 what would happen if you did a refund with the payment method pay on delivery? i think peb would work but how would you get the money would you get a voucher or the delivery man would bring you the money lol yeah this is a silly question ik but im so curious RE: silly question - Selmavw - 12-26-2022 I did not know payment on delivery was a thing but why would you think the delivery guy is personally gonna give you your refund? The refund is still processed the same way as you would pay with any other method I assume. They will just ask for your banking details or give you a voucher. RE: silly question - Waifuu - 12-27-2022 I don't think the courier is going to be responsible for reimbursing you. Why not give it a go, and let us know how it went? If successful, they'll process the refund. RE: silly question - kapipropl - 12-27-2022 (12-27-2022, 12:29 AM)Waifuu Wrote: I don't think the courier is going to be responsible for reimbursing you. You put a claim with the merchant as when you opened the box, one item was missing. There are cash on deliveries in some countries where you can open and check the contents but I presume this is the not the case here? |
