Best way to SE pc parts? - Katapp - 12-25-2022

I want to do a partial EB for a mobo and m.2, say only recieved mobo and no m.2. Also want to order a $400 cpu, then buy the cheapest cpu in person and return the cheap one say they sent me the wrong cpu.
The store comes in to mind are Amazon, Newegg, BH, and Best Buy. Obviously do them on two stores, which two stores have the best success rate?

If anyone have tips on SE gpu and aio's, I'd  appreciate it .

If It's not visible externally, why not EB It?

I don’t really get eb for the cpu, like just say I got an EB? Or missing cpu within the packaging.

The ssd is 8g but is there’s a better way to se a case, mobo or aio?

buy a complete PC and remove the parts you are interested in, especially an SSD and CPU, and send it back saying it won't boot
you can also remove the GPU, it's just a bit more risky but I did it 3x (1080, 2080 Ti, 4090) without any problem

you'll have better luck if it's sold by a third party and shipped by Amazon

Simply say that upon opening the box, the CPU was missing.

Unless the DNA method Is used, you cannot SE the lot In one hit.

Either use the DNA, or specify the Item you'd like to refund.
