hey guys, ordered a 500gbp tablet from a website called wex
wondering if i can dna?
they say this about their delivery
the Supplier will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. In this case, the Supplier will inform you as soon as possible
but also this
If delivery cannot be made to your address for reasons under the Supplier's control the Supplier will inform you as soon as possible and refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for delivery.

I think it is still very hard to conclude out of these bits you posted if your DNA will work, since non of them are talking about a situation where a package is lost. The first bit says: "The delivery can be late and we are not responsible for that" the second bit says: "If we cannot send the package for some reason you get your money back". At least that is what I make out of it.

They're stating a "delay In delivery", as opposed to nonreceipt of goods after It's been delivered to your address - which Is what needs to be established for liability.
