If your looking to "buy" a gift for that special one, SE Victoria secret. I made a fresh account and bought a perfume as a gift for someone and it just arrived and when i contacted Victoria secret they offered me a replacement or refund in 2 business days. They only asked me for my shipping details and boom they straight up gave me an option for a replacement or refund. I used DNA method.

Too easy.
It clearly demonstrates they're not thoroughly assessing claims due to the pressure of the busiest time of year - not enough resources/manpower.

Dna is very easy to hit if the following conditions meet
No signature or no picture off package when delivered etc etc

I agree, DNA is the easiest option available when a OTP isn't required. However, the only time I'd use DNA is if there wasn't any other method suitable for the item I intend to SE, I'd prefer to challenge myself and gain more experience than choose the easiest option. In addition, there could be potential implications on the delivery driver and there's a chance they'd come knocking on my door, although this wouldn't achieve anything I'd prefer to avoid the confrontation.
The corrupted file method isn't the only route you could go down. I'd personally produce fake proof as I know how to use Photoshop. Alternatively, you could transfer the liquid into another bottle and break the original one, then you could use the photo to hit multiple retailers for the same fragrance.
