An easy way is to just use the same browser and login to both with the same account. For safety sake, make a new account specifically for it with bogus info so nobody can trace it back to you.
Firefox and Chrome both do it. You can sync passwords and history, even swap open tabs between devices.
There's also the Bluetooth method with built in apps but who knows how privacy minded they really are. You can text or make calls on your laptop with them.

Depends on what data you want to sync, and what you're having trouble with.

Hi , in fact you will have everything synced if you log in with the same user . If you have the same user then your sync should be automatic .
