Hi, today I get a fairly expensive bottle of sparkling wine. what could i do for SE?
The DNA is bad. can I accept the package with reserve and then make a claim for a broken bottle? or since it's a collector's item could I say it's damaged?

update... I didn't take the package from the courier but a colleague of mine and he didn't get the delivery reserve... I won't be able to do anything
