Amazon Delivery - Apple Watch EB - impatient - 12-06-2022
Hi there. I have a healthy new Amazon account that I used for 10-12 orders thus far. I ordered an Apple Watch that was just delivered with OTP as expected. Shall I proceed with EB method and tell them that the watch was not in the box?

Easy peasy lemon squeezy. Reported empty box, rep apologised via chat, asked for PR, filed one, sent the ref, got the refund with no questions asked.

Would this fall under manufacter error of EB method? I heard that saying that strictly the watch face is missing can be useful in certain times. Is that true?
