Nike refund - esthomato - 11-30-2022

Hello,
Thanks in advance for reading.
I am French and placed an order on nike including 2 items for 140 euros using the EB method.
Usually no problems but there, a 3 to 5 day investigation...
Do you think it's salvageable?

If ever the survey does not give a refund, would you advise me to go on a ftid (I've never done that)? Or let it sink and send the goods back?

Hopefully they don't cross-check the weight during the Investigation.
