Hi, I'd like to order AirPods Max in EU. DNA is not an option since I live in an apartment building where all parcels are tagged.

Perhaps apple themselves? For smaller items I heard they can be hit or miss (usually hit).

Forget Harvey Norman with the wrong Item received - they're quite meticulous when claiming an Incorrect Item.

Why can't you use the wrong Item received?
