Trying DNA on Nike - bakoosik - 11-28-2022
I have a question for the community regarding DNA
1 Order from Nike, package quite large and quite heavy, approx. 6kg, value approx. 800 eur
2 Package delivered by UPS without any signature (left in other)
3 I did an additional scan and tracking shows that the package was delivered elsewhere and collected by another person (proof of delivery)
4 Reported claim, the store says to wait for the investigation, the courier called, I did not answer the phone and was at the delivery address and left a contact request.
Any ideas what to do next or should I continue?

Just remember you have no obligation at all to answer to the courier. The package as you say was delivered elsewhere and collected by another person, I assume you have collected it from them already but that is perfect DNA material. Even if the courier talks to the other person, they could have "stolen" it and claimed you already collected it from them.
Basically I would say just do nothing and let the store continue their investigation, everything is going fine for now, eventually they should give you the refund, it just might be a bit lengthier because of the high order value.

Maybe I was not clear, but the package was delivered correctly and received by one of the household members without a signature (addressed to me). An additional scan was made to manipulate the original tracking.
