I did fail dhl rts, do i try dna or return? - Gelbux - 11-28-2022

Amazon .com Rep told me that he will request a refund ($947) when i claim dhl refused but he lie to me and when i claim again all reps told me to wait 2 weeks for refund, tracking overrides and i got the delivery.

I think maybe reps denied refund because my account had ftid refund (6 months ago) 2 orders before this one. Now I'm thinking to claim DNA because package has fake sign, do u think is safe or i make real return?

I'm worry about safe because i dont want ofm close my account as now i have refund in progress in amazon fr. (finish in 10 days) maybe i could finish fr refund before try dna in . com

Any developments since your last point of contact with Amazon?

No, im waiting finish amazon fr refund then claim dna in .com

The order showed cancel because "i refused delivery because package was damaged", rep told me refund and send me email but i realized that he did not do, when i claim again reps told me to wait 2 weeks for automatic refund if not they will do manual but of course they wont as delivery is already done (fake sign). My account shows normal delivered status and cancelled was erased.

Is safe to claim DNA after 2 weeks?

My plan is to say: i was waiting 2 weeks for refund and I did not realize that the courier delivered the package even after having refused it but i haven't go it yet

What do you think?
