Amazon Nintendo Switch SE - Yung_ssav - 11-25-2022

Firstly, this is my first thread so apologies for any rules broken. I am staying at a university Accom and have previously had success with orders such as Nike due to instant refund without investigation. I am thinking of using DNA however the parcel will either need to be signed or OTP.
It will be a receptionist receiving the order so in the event of an investigation I am unsure how that would play out in making the SE successful.
Account is over 2 years old with over £600 worth purchases
I would appreciate any advice to determine wether it is worth the attempt or I should wait until I return to my Home address

I definitely wouldn't get the receptionist (or any another non-willingly-cooperative person) involved

Yeah Ill wait till I'm home, I know Amazon sometimes give refunds without investigation so I was more enquiring into the likelihood of this due to the age of my account and amount of transactions. If there is a significant chance of investigation of course have no problem waiting till December when I return.

Sadly there's no way of predicting with absolute certainty how both Amazon and the carrier will behave once an investigation's been launched, and we both know Amazon can be quite crazy at times (like putting OTP on cheap items or asking for a PR when claiming EB... ridiculous shit)

^ This.

I still can't fathom why their pea-brain reps continue to request PRs when EB'ing - It's clearly not a theft-related Incident. I suppose It's expected from those who struggle to spell their own name.

would it then be better to deal with non-india working support agents? lol

It'd be better not to deal with Amazon's reps In Its entirety.

Their customer service Is getting worse as the weeks go by.

i just stumbled across another post of "mismatched info" for the PR and amazon declining the PR... does email on PR need to match the same Amzn account email?

I have gotten away with a different email, but to play It safe, be sure everything matches.

Remember that you're dealing with Amazon's reps - they're not exactly the brightest Individuals.
