Patagonia SE DNA - mountaintop15 - 11-28-2022

Just did my first SE with Patagonia in the U.S. using the DNA method. Just sharing this here for anyone interested

I didn't have an account before, so created one, and did two orders. One was $100 and the other $800 (2 items), later, I did another one for $200. The first two orders arrived at the same time and were stored in the same parcel locker in my building. The day after it arrived, I started a chat thread with their support and told them that only one box had arrived (the $100 one), they sent me a photo where both orders were visible inside the locker. I told them that I had only picked up one, and no other package was there or around. He told me if I had looked around and asked people, I told him I did, but playing ignorant, I told him I would ask around again. He told me that he marked my case as pending for a package lost and that if I didn't find it this second time to contact them again so they could send it again.
I contacted them again the next day, and it was the same interaction with the new person, only saying that I had already contacted them and repeating what the original person told me. The new person finally marked the package as lost and started a new order, and I got the replacement a few days later and went into a store in person to return everything to get my money back.
About the third package I ordered, I was planning to use it both as proof of how I was a legit user and, if there was any problem, to tell them that I would also return both those packages if they didn't solve my lost one.

Nice one.

This'll certainly boost your confidence with future SEs.

Do you think I can get away with a 7-12 item order and claim DNA

sorry for the late reply; I'll say it depends on the total cost, if it's sent in a single package or multiple ones, and if you have done any previous legit purchases. I'll say the best scenario would be if you are already a client, is less than a thousand dollars, and single package it should be possible
