Does MAC address need to be changed? - plop442 - 11-21-2022
As far as I know, the MAC changes everytime a packet traverses a router; the src and destination MAC changes. I don't believe a merchant can see my MAC addy, unless my networking ha failed me.

Depends
Website cannot access your MAC address
Apps, be it on your computer or your smartphone, could, if they wanted to, as they have access to your system unlike a website
It can be easily spoofed anyway, if you wanted to do that
