Very weird legit refund on amazon - Fagottino89 - 11-18-2022
Hi
I recently got a costly TV on amazon just to try it, and then I decided to return it within the regular return time. As it is a big tv, they told me they would send me the courier at home to get the parcel.
The courier never showed up, neither contact me, and today I was trying to reschedule the pick up with the code they provided me, and very weirdly, the tv result picked up and shipped back to amazon.. I contacted amazon to confirm and they told me that the tv is picked up and is back in their store, however as it was costly they will wait to inspect it to send me the refund.
I don't know what to do now, and if I can use any of this in my favour to do any SE, despite I only wanted to legit return it

They've totally messed It up on their end.
It's very likely they'll correct their mistake, so don't do anything as yet. Wait a week or so and then enquire about It. The next course of action (If any) will be based on their assessment/reply.
