Nike DNA - ettore910 - 11-17-2022

Hi, I placed a 260 euro order on Nike, today it was delivered to me and a few minutes ago I claimed DNA via chat, the representative has opened an investigation that lasts 5-8 days, will I get a refund? I am from Europe and the courier is UPS.

Another question: If DNA fails, will I be able to return the item?

Yes.

Simply say that your brother accepted the package In your absence, and told you about It after the claim was submitted to the company.

No verification, UPS left the package outside my house without requiring a signature, and no photos were taken.

How many days will I contact them to find out the status of my investigation?

Firstly, contact them a day after the delivery and say that you're still waiting for the package to arrive.

If they decide to open an Investigation and you're given a lengthy time frame for completion, contact them after around a week asking where your claim stands.

I contacted a representative via chat on the day of delivery (yesterday), and he opened a 5-8 day investigation, do I have a chance that the DNA will work?

If not, would I be able to return it?
