Hey, have u ever tried do Acne? I found this in their tos

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If you receive defective products, please notify us immediately. According to the Civil Act you are entitled to complain about defective products within one year. However, you must always notify Acne Studios within a reasonable time after you have detected that the products are defective. If Acne Studios consider the products to be defective, Acne Studios will make a full refund including shipping costs.

they didnt mention about sending items back to their after clarify it was defective, you think i can do this?

they didnt mention about sending items back to their after clarify it was defective, you think i can do this?

That sounds like such a tedious claim on their end. Anyone can claim the product be defective because not all skin is the same, which means not all medicine will work for all skin. If that's what the TOS says, then you'd be fine to claim it as defective.

It's not very enticing.

If I were looking to purchase some clothes, I'd totally disregard It based on Its title.

Exactly what I thought, can't blame me for thinking it was skincare.

For the time being, the owner should set up another (suitable) domain and redirect this one to It.

He can then keep only the new domain when It becomes well known.

It's always best to clarify with the company directly about their return policy for defective products. While the terms of service you mentioned state that they will make a full refund including shipping costs if they consider the products to be defective, it's possible that they may require you to return the item to them before issuing a refund.
