Nike SE UK help - d9bladee - 11-12-2022 Looking to order two items off Nike totalling £270. The account has one order placed a week ago and I plan on placing the order in a week or two. Account is clean and last time the carrier was DPD but I've heard that they also do Evri on occasion. What's the best method to use? I'm thinking either DNA or wrong item received as the items are pretty heavy. Is two items too many? Should I just do the higher value item of the two? It's extremely unlikely a picking & packing error was made with only two Items In total on the same order. Choose only the one Item. DNA'ing Is obviously the lot. Sounds great. I'll go ahead with DNA for both items then. Will update with results. RE: Nike SE UK help - d9bladee - 11-24-2022 Just got off the phone with Nike and the rep was pretty convinced of my story. Problem is, the picture they took had my door open but I live in a development where there’s about 100 houses with the exact same doorway and it could’ve been any and also they didn’t even get house number. The rep said something about DPD will check their GPS tracking briefly but idk if he was talking out his ass or not but it’s got me a bit shook. He said DPD will launch an investigation and it typically only takes a few days. Have I been successful? However the coordinates are not always accurate, which Is why (at times) carriers ask to check with the neighbours. Did they email you back yet? I’m in the same position and just wondering if it actually takes 4-8 days as they say it does.
