Before you ask, Philly never paid nor notified me he would ever use these badges. He had originally told me that they weren't good enough to be used. ._.

I'm not really the type of person who holds a grudge. I would've released these to anyone who asked since nobody ever bought the rights to them.

Just giving them away seemed like the right thing to do in the end though.
