Hello, I am new on this forum, we learn a lot of things here, thank you to the community.
This is my first post, and today I need your help.
I ordered an iphone 14 pro from apple and received it.
Now I want a refund, I requested a return, they gave me a UPS label.
I will surely go through a boxing service and I was wondering which was the best (with the best chance of success) method among these :
-UPS LIT SCAN
-UPS DAMAGED SCAN ( damaged + refused)
-UPS RTS SCAN ( damaged/cancelled on Amazon )
-UPS DAMAGE + PACKAGE DESTROYED (UNDELIVERABLE STATUS)
-UPS CUSTOM DELIVERY SCAN

I don't know if it would be a good thing to do ftid with apple, because they will say that you have to deal with courier yourself and file a PR.
