Question - iRackRO - 10-24-2022

Hello! I want to buy a Steam CD-Key from Ebay using PayPal. I found a seller with over 41000 products sold. I want to buy the key and then to make a PayPal dispute saying that the key didn't work. What do you think, do you think it will work? Thanks

Is It an Individual seller or a business operating on a decent scale?

Why would you waste a paypal claim on that?

In that case, the SE Is good to go.

The nature of the claim warrants a lengthy process, so be sure to remain adamant that It's not working on your end.
