Assuming you are using the sealed box method.
Has anyone tried physically returning the box to an apple store? In theory it goes back up on the shelf right?
Does anyone know if that method works if you buy the phone from a service provider like version?
Does the method work if you buy it on a payment plan instead of paying in full?

What excuse do you give for returning the phone?

Don't.

Apple check sealed box returns.

Unless It's Apple or Amazon, the place of purchase doesn't Impact the method.

It depends If there's an early termination fee.

Can anyone from Germany tell me where I can buy an iPhone 13 pro?

I though Media Markt would be my choice but i went there and they told me i can only buy it together with a phone contract Notamused

What ended up happening with the EB?

I doubled dipped the Apple watch

sold the first one

For the second one I used boxing method. Package arrived at amazon a week ago but I haven't received my refund yet. I contacted Amazon and the rep told me my return is at the warehouse and will be processed manually.
I should wait another 5 days.

I will contact them again today because I have to pay my monthly bill shortly

There's absolutely no harm In contacting them and asking where the claim/refund stands.
