I already win the trainer with physic pokemons. Also I learned FLY.
Any ideas where I go now?

Goto cinnabear island. (south of pallot town) and go inside the mansion located on the island, when you've wandered inside the island and done the puzzle, you get a key, with that key, you can unlock the door to the 7th gym, the cinnabear gym.
After that, goto the 8th gym in viridian city.
