Apple and DNA, stalker delivery - RonaldoR9 - 10-14-2022

Hi,

I ordered an iPhone from Apple. The delivery man put it in the mailbox. Apple refund me because I made a DNA (in one week)
The delivery man is insistent, because he calls me regularly, and told me that he will block the phone with Apple.

Can the delivery company turn against me? Can they go further? I used my Apple account but I just deleted it, do I have to put a random account?

What to do in my case? By the way, the delivery man put in the mailbox by phone, I did not give any instruction on the website.
Can the delivery company have information about the user of the phone?

(I opened and activated the phone after refund)

Does he have proof of him delivering the phone (eg cctvs nearby? or him taking a picture of the parcel and so?

Hello,

There are no cameras in my building.
Nor in the street. And I don't think he took a picture, because he told me he put it in the mailbox directly by SMS.
Therefore there is no proof of delivery (because no signature).

PA ? What does this mean? If you meant Police Report, no there was not.

PA ? What does this mean? If you meant Police Report, no there was not.

What Country are you ordering from?
