Does anyone here know how to get rid of a UK speeding ticket if caught by an average speed camera?

You can appeal It, but unless there's an Insider Involved, you cannot wipe It off their systems.

As Mothered said, you could appeal it but that's about it. I doubt the appeal would be successful though. Just out of curiosity, approximately what speed were you driving at and what was the limit? I think it's just 3 points and/or a speed awareness course (£100). I've taken the speed awareness course and skipped the points.

If you're guilty of speeding, that's where It remains. Unless the speed camera Is proven to be faulty, there's nothing you can say that will change their decision.

Traffic cams, speed monitors, and speed guns usually carry more than one sensor and have a partner which means you probably got caught at more than one angle which confirmed the ticket.
The only thing you can do is take it to appeal.

Pay someone to take the points..
There are services out there that are pretty cheap in comparison to losing your license.
