SE failed due to "excessive appeasements" despite first try - Injera - 10-13-2022

Last month I tried a SE return on Dick's Sporting Goods (USA). This was my first time hitting the store, with a fresh account. This was run for me by someone else at a 25% fee btw
I got this email and a failed SE:

My name is __ and I am a member of the Executive Customer Engagement Team at the DICK’s Sporting Goods Corporate Office.
I am reaching out to notify you that we will no longer be able to accommodate any further online order requests and ask that you make any future purchases in your local DSG store due to the excessive appeasements you have been given through multiple phone numbers, email addresses, and names. This decision will be effective immediately.
Thank you

I'm wondering why this happened? Somebody else ran amazon twice for me with a 1/2 success rate but that was at a different address and a year prior
I also ran Walmart groceries refunds but that didn't involve my address, the only common identifier I can think of is my Paypal address (was also after the DSG)
At the current address I only ran glassesusa successfully but that was done after the dick's order failed.
Are the "excessive appeasements" referring to these past orders?

Another concern I have is that my apartment complex has a package locker which takes signature/picture. I'm assuming DNA wouldn't work well in this system but I told the SE running the order for me and was told that it would be fine. My main concern is that my payment method/address/IP/something else has been flagged as high risk/low "sugar index"

Any help is appreciated!

That person who was doing the ref for you might've used his own number or another phone number that he used previously to do other refunds.

Ask them to clarify precisely what the excessive appeasements relate to.

I mean if the refunder didn't cover their tracks (e.g. IP, writing. style) its not hard for a customer service system to collate it/flag all previous interactions regardless of account.

Refunder hasn't covered his tracks. Probably done multiple refunds from same device and IP.

Okay, I replied to the email asking them to clarify and that this was my first online order from Dicks.

This is what I was thinking had happened.
Does this mean my address/payment method have been blacklisted to SE companies though? I guess I'm worried that I'll try a different company and that won't work.
Do companies share that kind of information with each other?
Or does PayPal mark your payment address as suspicious?

Pretty sure either FTID or boxing was used although the middle men try to abstract their methods from me as best as possible

No reply yet. I got the email last month so it might be too late

Why didn't you repeatedly contact them since the last email?

The refunder told me it was a failed SE and nothing they could do about it. Didn't charge me ofc but told me I couldn't return normally or do anything really. I was very new to the idea of SE so I had no idea of his methods so I took his words at face value.
