Big order is my case, I want to order within the maximum limits (3-5k eur) depending on the limit. However, is he reliable? I understand that he earns more from 5k order instead of 500, so he prioritise bigger ones, I just want to be sure that he is able to pull it.

Any experiences with Artist ? He advertised here awhile ago. I have a big order I'm not sure if he's.legit.
