The next day I called them since the chat was busy, attempting to DNA rep said that I have to check if my neighbor received my package or contact the courier and call DPD support to get his number. They can't do anything before 3-4 days after that, they can open an investigation or help me, ofc I need to contact the courier first. What should I say when contacting them by chat? Item - yeezys ~ 200 eur
When I checked the signature on the DPD site letters don't match any of my family members with me included.

Is It either or both?

I need to check neighbors if I don't find anything then contact the courier, rep insisted on contact with DPD. I think both.

The company does It through an Investigation.
