Airpods amazon - Pilure107 - 09-30-2022
Hi,
I ordered airpods on amazon, I received the package but I had to give an OTP to the delivery man. I am still looking for a way to refund, is this possible? Which method is more efficient in the case of the otp?
I thought to say that the airpods and the box were missing but that the boxes were sealed

If OTP is required then EB them and say the airpods themselves were missing when you opened it

I say only the airpods were missing or the charge box too?

I said that the box and the headphones were not in the box as you told me.
They told me that the refund request was taken into account in the file and that they will contact me by email in the next few days. Do you know what will happen next?

Is it possible to bypass the police report?

unfortunately Amazon does ask me for a police report. Does anyone have a solution for me?
