[Update] Lenovo return - Saibokbuy - 09-30-2022
Oct. 7 2022 updates:
I tried 2 times for a returning request.
Both got declined up to now.
I have no idea what should I do.
I mentioned I can afford the transportation fee.
But the main point may be that the products I bought have a higher discount after that ( about 500$ lower)
Does any one have any suggestion?
Can I try to dispute this on Paypal?
this is really a big money for me, big damage, mate.
I assigned my Lenovo order to a refunder. While he, at last, failed to refund it.
But it has exceeded the date I should return the item ( it has been 45 days)
can I return the items to get full refund still? with some arguing that I did not find the package until recently or sth?

Yes, you should be able to return it and get ur money back. But do it in contact with your refunder so is not with your refund în progress still

I've known many SE'ers who've paid refunders for failed SEs, which Is certainly Inappropriate. It's pretty simple - do the job as discussed, receive your payment.

I do recommend that everyone dont trust the refunder except for some reliable insiders.
They are all definitely fucking twats.
I used Rolls Refund on telegram.
DONT USE THEM.

yes, you can request a return on Paypal
simply indicates that the configuration is different from what you ordered, that you contacted Lenovo but did not hear back
Paypal will ask you to return the item at your expense with proof of signature upon delivery (due to the price of the item)
Plan A, you send the laptop back and you wait for the refund
Plan B, you return an item of the same weight and wait for the refund (Paypal relies only on tracking)
Plan C, chargeback from your bank

If you're opting for a refunder, be sure he's been In the scene for quite a while, and you've spoken with fellow SE'ers about the authenticity of his service.

a little update,
I called the CS than chatting on the window, I spent 30 mins and I got approved for the return and a total refund. But everything is still pending. I will continue to update.
The returning status will not be updated on the website of Lenovo, and I got the case number and the email addry of the CS.
I hope I can get my money back.
