Sugargoo is a chinese based agent that buy (mainly) fake, counterfeit goods from people in china then out source it from china. Missing items is out of the story, they take pictures of whatever you buy and show it you, they also weigh it and inspect the packaging. (copied from user fortune).
I have over 20 transactions with them on Paypal and i am looking to create a paypal claim on atleast one of them, more (if possible?) (if successful). They have sent me several parcels over the span of a year. I have a few tracking numbers from their parcels which dont work anymore as they are a few months old and the courier deletes them after three months from their system, so that the tracking number shows an error.
I thought about creating and escalating a paypal dispute with one of the over 20 transactions and claiming that my parcel never arrived / or that they never sent my parcel and that the provided tracking number is also not working. Any thoughts on this?
I also know that they lock accounts instantly when there is an open dispute and unlock them only once the dispute is closed by the buyer. Maybe it is possible to use this in my favour? I dont care that they will lock my account either.
Also i wonder if i should create the paypal dispute on a transaction with a lower amount of money or higher. As i have several not working tracking numbers by sugargoo i think it should be possible to create more than one paypal dispute.
