See alot of people have hammerd zolando over the years and wonderd what chance i have and method best suited to SE them. Never used before fresh account. Also can uk people advise what currior zolando use?
In my basket I have trainers £135 jacket £180 wallet £160
Any help or advice is much appreciated!

Zalando UK use Hermes for returns (and often the delivery courier too!).....use that to your advantage for an FTID return.

I've tried to make a partial refund, but unfortunately, I was among the first to find out that it doesn't work anymore with Zalando. I also heard that FTID is not an option now, either. Any ideas of how could I get my refund, at least for half of the order?

I haven't yet placed an order mate. Went with asos instead. I'm trying not to take the piss so much now and only running one SE at a time.
