Gucci SE (PEB) - iwannabenumba1 - 09-21-2022

I've recently bought 1200$ worth of items from Saks Fifth. I've only made 1 other order on this account for 200$ and I was able to get it refunded by claiming a DNA. I recently ordered 3 pairs of boxers , 2 T-Shirts, 1 Jacket, and some pants. The pants weigh 500 grams and so does the Jacket. Everything else is 200-300 grams. This was all shipped in one box so I figured I'd do the PEB. I claimed that the Jacket and Pants, which were the most expensive, were missing from the box. They said at first "According to the distribution center, all units in this order were scanned, packed, and shipped with FedEx tracking". After going back and forth with them they then said "Please contact your CR3D1T C@RD company with any questions regarding their policies". Does this mean they want me to dispute it? I've never heard of this before and am a little confused as to how I'm supposed to proceed. Perhaps file a claim with the courier?

If you don’t mind me asking, what would the 200$ item? I’m looking to dna or even a Gucci card case but I have no history on my account so I don’t know if it’s worth it.

Too heavy to PEB It, which Is why they've stated this:

Correct, they're suggesting to hit a chargeback.

The company already liaised with the carrier, which Is how they came to the decision as per their reply above.

200$ Item was a jacket and yeah that should work

Is it worth disputing it? I've never made a dispute or charge back before but literally more than half the stuff I've ordered on PayPal has been refunded so I don't know if they'll factor that in credibility wise. This is also easily the most expensive thing I've bought yet and probably will be for a while so I figured if I do dispute anything it would be this.

You can certainly try hitting a chargeback, however the evidence Is not In your favor, hence It's likely to be declined.

That's on the grounds your bank communicates with the company.
