StockX Electronics SE - tenous - 09-20-2022

Hello, my phone recently died and I found a good deal for a new phone on StockX. The price is under $500. I was thinking about using the DNA method. Has anyone tried this before? Anything I should be aware of?

StockX customer service Is terrible.

They also claim to not honour refunds:

Quote:ALL SALES ARE FINAL ONCE THE ITEM IS AUTHENTICATED AND DELIVERED, AND NO REFUND REQUESTS WILL BE HONORED REGARDLESS OF THE CURRENT VALUE OF THE ITEM, UNLESS PROVIDED UNDER THE APPLICABLE LAW.

I see, thank you. I also forgot these items are sold by people. I will look for another store.

Yes, It's not good practice to target Individual sellers.

Whether StockX like it or not, if an item goes missing inbetween their authentication warehouse and your delivery address they are responsible for it under most countries legislation (there may be a few countries this is not applicable). It doesn't really defeat the point you make about their customer service, and I would still avoid using StockX on that basis.
