SE a call (Curry’s Xbox SN) - fortune - 09-19-2022

I own the xbox, I’m just trying to say that it won’t turn on and that I threw it away and have all the picture proof needed for a replacement.

I contacted them and after a few minutes they told me to contact the tech support team, a call. I’ve never called someone to SE, I always stick to chats.

Is it worth calling them because I’ve heard curry’s is difficult.

What is the basis for throwing it away?
Unless you are refunding €10 of food, disposing the item is just a bizarre excuse to use. Especially for an Xbox @ Currys.
