Easiest laptops you've SEd - OccuPyed - 09-16-2022

I'm in the market for a new gaming laptop, and naturally I don't feel like paying a dime. I've gone fairly hard on refunding recently and think a traditional warranty claim with boxing is the method I want to try, if for nothing other than fun. I'd like to hear anyone who has recent experience with laptops, what company you hit, and if they gave you any trouble along the way.

Thanks!

strongly suggest sealed box, you may look at my previous posts regarding them. Really have nothing negative to say but just avoid "Customized" laptops, always choose base spec gaming laptops. A very strong piece of advise I suggest when doing this method, Lenovo is essentially a cake walk.

Do Laptops normally also have foil on the packages or is it actually just the stickers? And if it's just a sticker, I can't really believe they are really not checking if the item is inside or not lol. Otherwise, that would actually allow many options for SE's

it costs them much less to just put it back on shelves rather then sell it "open box" to another retailer. and the tape/seals are meant as an indication to whether not the box was opened. As long as you seal it like new, and make sure the package is the same weight its essentially a success

DNA is not patched, and I don't think it ever will be unless the governments of the world force us all to install CCTVs where we get our mail delivered.

Which product have you done? I'm trying Lenovo (in my latest post) but they don't have tape or shrink-wrap on it Confused They could easily open and check what's inside I guess

I want to DNA amazon this. My 10+ year amazon account has never seen such a big DNA before–i'm almost certain it would work.. Just scared of them taking pictures etc.

Where's the context to the thread

Oops didn't realize, sorry!
