Amazon - SE Airpods - Problem - uknown_babe - 09-13-2022
Steps I did:
1. Ordered package with Airpods + one more item
2. They came in 2 different packages so missing item no longer option
3. I claimed in live chat that MagSafe came in but inside there were no earphones.
4. They said they checked weight, courier and etc,, and that they cant provide refund right now - They told me to file Police report
BUT I am way too big puss in order to file police report. I am from a village and I would have to go to the city with a risk of getting delivery guy involved. That's why I was stressing that this must have been manufacturing mistake or something because it was fully sealed normally.
Is there any way to save this?
I tried to press them hard on chat but they are like robots - and I have no balls to call.
