Completing PR - ABC157PLM - 09-13-2022
Store is asking for PR and will most likely check PR once completed. Is it best to do PR online or over the phone for the best outcome?
And would a local police report be enough for a company with the same reputation as Amazon and Apple?

As long as the PR Is completed In full as per the company's Instructions, It doesn't matter which gateway you choose to get It done.

When asked for Item serial Numbers should I provide them or would it help them trace to me in the future?

Was asked for Serial number in online police report and have it from reciept should I provide it.

I'm also being told I must wait till PR is completed to proceed with refund - Do i comply or can i still contact after submitting report?

No and police - just read your blog on it and it answers my question thanks
