Well with winter here I'm sure everyone's hands are freezing. Lets get some free handwarmers!
Email them and say you purchased a 40ct box of their hothands from amazon and they barely get warm. Say how you have purchased their handwarmers in the past and they have always gotten very warm, but this box that you received seems to be a bad batch.
They will email you back asking where you purchased them from (even though you stated this in the first email), the expiration date (I used 02/13/16), and how many warmers didn't heat up (Just say you tested a few of them and none of them got very warm).
Wait a week or so and your handwarmers will come to you via Fedex!

Can you tell me what bulk SE means? Sorry..I'm not familiar with this terms...
I'm asking if they have any way of keeping track if you've already complained with them before..

I don't believe they do. So long as you don't SE them every week, it should be fine.
As for bulk SEing, it just means SEing a large quantity of the product at one time.
