HomeDepot - Tmddnjs1002 - 09-09-2022

Around 2k,
Freight:
Pool Table

Regular shipment:
vaccum
Rug
etc.;

Return has not been requested as the items have not arrived yet. As the weight of the freight shipment (approx 150kg), what will be the best approach?

Thank you as always,

@mothered

DNA It.

Are they liable for lost shipments?

The only concern is 3rd party freight company came to deliver then sign. we had made eye contact and had to sign a receipt from the delivery company. I am unaware how this smaller delivery company will react to DNA.

What would be the next best solution?
