If I do multiple SE at different stores in a short time interval.
And let's say the stores do investigations.
Will the shipping providers just flag my house ?
Or since it's different stores it doesn't matter ?

I'd say it depends on:
1) whether you use SE methods that get couriers involved in a way or another (like DNA, sometimes companies get them involved even when claiming manufacturer EB...)
2) whether the shipping providers are always the same
