i have a UPS (uninterruptible power supply) which has a battery, i got a prepaid label form bestbuy. im curious if i could try the method for this

Maybe they asked him to send the defective product back for inspection then refund? But the solution to that is just saying it was dangerous and had to be disposed because you have toddlers in the home (wink)

i forget the reason i selected on bestbuy, i think it said it was the wrong one so that i could get a label. so i guess it starts with telling the store i have a defective battery? ill remember that for next time.

best buy may not be the best to do this with since they have a physical store, they may reuire to bring it back. its still worth a shot, can even be tried with an ipad?
