Logitech Keyboard S/N SE - Facade - 09-02-2022
Any ideas for next steps. I grabbed a s/n from eBay then contacted logitech to say it was broken.
Submitted name, address etc. And an amazon receipt generated with receipt mansion.
All was going well, but was told by the rep someone would be in contact within 24 hours. Just received an email saying they were unable to verify the receipt with the retailer so are rejecting the claim.
Any salvaging this claim or best to move on?
Next time, I guess I will say it was a gift so I don't have a receipt.

Logitech has been abused a lot with the SN method, they cross-check all of the POPs and sometimes even deny legit replacements with legit POPs
