SE help Amzon GPU - waton - 09-02-2022

bought an RTX 3070 from amazon.mx

-15000 MXN = $750
- 1.5 Kg
- OTP requested upon delivery
- Old account from another amazon domain .es while new on mx so i don't really know about its status

I am thinking of doing this by fulfilling trash to the sealed box that originally came from equivalent to same weight then after 2 weeks of an interval of time ask for the refund.
But this is a high value item so i am not fully convinced to do it since i may fail it, so if it fails will there be any alternative to actually send back real product then get a legit refund?
Besides the method i mentioned above, i would like to know what method would you guys suggest to me
