LENOVO SE ADVICE - itsmedaaan - 09-01-2022

Hi, I've purchased a £999 laptop from Lenovo, it's due to be delivered by UPS. As far as I am aware, UPS doesn't require a photo on delivery, so my plan is to DNA it (signing with a different name).

Will this work, any advice?

Be sure the signature Is somewhat legible so when they cross-check It, the name will not be associated to yours, hence "you" did not sign the delivery.

For the most part, no.

DPD more so takes photos.

Usually never, just sig, keep us updated

So, I’m not in today, they’re sending it to a UPS collect point. Shall I switch to eb? DNA is gonna be hard to pull off and I don’t know what the cctv situation is at the shop I’ll be collecting from. My mrs is going to collect for me though.

It's way too heavy to EB It.

The wrong Item received and the sealed box method are well suited.

My thoughts on eb being it’s not been handed directly to me. Wrong item received, not sure what I could say it was?

EB relates to claiming the Item was missing when you opened the box.
