Does DNA work if parcel was delivered to neighbour? they took a picture of the neighbours door, and there was no parcel visible.

I wouldn't attempt it. A parcel sent by family abroad was delivered to a neighbour once because we weren't home and they blatantly refused to hand over our parcel to us. The courier left us a note saying he'd dropped it off at their address and they'd signed for it but when we knocked on their door they refused to give it to us, saying that they had received no such package. In the end. the driver came down the next morning and knocked on their door. The same guy whom took receipt of our parcel opened the door. Obviously the driver recognised him and then all of a sudden, he DID have our parcel. The prick had opened our package and rummaged through all the contents. Needless to say, we were furious. Anyway, the courier made a note of the address on their system and made sure not to deliver anyone else's parcel there again due to this incident.

Yeah, so moral of the story is that the courier may attempt to knock on the neighbours' door.

Unless the neighbour Is a close friend and Is willing to support your SE, It's not good practice to get him/her Involved.

I ended up saying I returned the item through PayPal lol. And it seemed to have worked, I said i'd had returned it in-store and they didn't ask me for any tracking ID etc.

It's unusual for PayPal not to request tracking ID.

At the end of the day, It worked and that's all that counts.

yeah bought online. only ever worked once, tried again they denied tho
