Need excuse to not send item back - MIKEHONCHO - 08-21-2022
Currently working on an SE to get a gaming controller. I don't physically have the product but managed to get the company to offer a replacement, but they are asking me to return it. The whole process took a few days . We have gotten past the troubleshooting process. So now I need a reason to not send the product back. Literally any excuse, as long as it is somewhat believable. I can't box them either as its too heavy, and there is no dry ice near me.

Are they offering a prepaid label? If not, you're too broke to afford to return it to them - hence why your ass it contacting support. If they are, it really depends on what the reason is the unit's not working.

Disposal might work (throwed away because it wasn't working anymore and you thought that it wasn't needed anymore).
