Hey guys! Kaz here!
Recently i made an order on amazon, was 30€, It was a face mask to play airsoft, It arrived 3 days ago.
Literally 5 minutes ago, i went to the amazon chat and claimed that mask was a gift and It was only the seals and the protections inside the box ( not the face mask ) It was close to 400 gr the mask itself lol.
The amazon op that chat with me was so kind, in the moment i told that she offered me an instant refund with no hesitation, as they couldnt not provide another unit ( as the Seller didnt send the item with Amazon, 3rd party Seller ).
So, i think u can claim EB or DNA on 3rd party Sellers of amazon and get instant refunds?
Btw, on that account i claimed missing item 2 weeks ago, so no investigation, no legit order between these 2 SE...

Fullfilled means sold by Amazon but you already explained that it was a third party seller.

Dude, it's 30€, of course they won't bother asking for more infos or a PR
But you stained your account for such a low value item, definitely not worth it IMO, plus you hit a 3rd party seller instead of Amazon itself, which isn't really ethical... all in all, I wouldn't call this one a victory

It's more to the fact that It's a very low value Item. The cost of manpower to thoroughly Investigate the claim, will outweigh the cost of the Item tenfold.

While that's true, wasting a PR (or any SE) for such low cost items isn't really worth it, especially on sites like amazon where it's not that easy to make a new account
